If you no longer wish to use Impala, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
We respect your privacy and are committed to giving you control over your information.
Open the Impala app and navigate to:
Profile → Settings
Scroll down to the "delete account" button.
Tap the button to permanently delete your account.
When your deletion request is completed, we permanently delete your personal account information, including:
Your profile information
Saved addresses
Wishlist and saved items
Account preferences
Login credentials
Device tokens associated with your account
Other personal information linked to your account
You will no longer be able to access your account or recover it once deletion has been completed.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
Transaction and order records
Payment records
Tax and financial reporting information
Fraud prevention and security records
Information required to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations
This information is retained only for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
Most account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of successful identity verification.
If additional verification is required, processing may take longer.
If you have any active orders, ongoing deliveries, open disputes, pending refunds, or unresolved transactions, your account deletion request may be delayed until these activities have been completed or resolved.
This helps us fulfill our contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations while protecting both buyers and vendors. Once these matters have been resolved, we will proceed with processing your account deletion request.
